Reviews & Ratings
Guests can leave comments and reviews for a property. The reviews page is located on the property description web page. The ratings are from 0 to 5 stars, and the reviews will appear at the bottom of the property description page.
When a user has added a comment/review, the review will not be published until the Property Manager or administrator has approved the review.

To access the Reviews, go to:
- Website & Marketing
- Reviews & Ratings
View or Approve Submitted Reviews
If a guest leaves a review on the website, it will appear in the table. To see the review, click the icon within the "Review" column"
To enable (approve a review), check the Approved check box.
How to Manually Add a Review
Reviews can be added to any property. Since reviews from other platforms do not sync with the website reviews, it is beneficial to manually add the review to each property if it has been sent to you by email or already exists on another platform.
To do so,
- Click the "Plus" icon
- Select the property
- Enter the Guest Name, Guest Email and Date
- Specify the rating if applicable
- Click to Approve the review to publish it to the site
- Enter the Review
- Click "Save"
Guest Reviews from the Website
The guest has the ability to leave a review directly from the property page of the website. This is a great opportunity to create marketing emails post-booking to ask the guest to leave a review with the link to the property page. Click here to learn more about sending emails from the system.

Once the review has been submitted, follow the steps above to approve it.
