Manually Add Credit/Debit Transaction

Most of the transactions are automatically updated by the system. Sometimes its required that a transaction must be manually added. A transaction can be added as a debit or a credit to the account

To Access Owner Accounts, go to:

  1. Accounting Functions
  2. Owner Accounts


Add Owner Account Payment

Press the "Add" button to open up the Add Payment Windows

Manually Add a Payment

To add a transaction manually, set the correct information and amount, then press the "Add Payment" button

Note: If a debit from the owner account, then enter a negative value
